Yoga Classes in Hampstead
Classes and Individual Tuition are given from a tranquil setting in my home in Hampstead.  The Yoga room has the advantage of beautiful elevated views over garden and treetops. l 

Mats, blocks, blankets and belts are provided.

Classes start January 2021 - call/Email for revised class times and space

Tuesday 11am - Freedom Style Yoga with Mindfulness

Booking yoga classes
BOOKING is required as classes are kept to a maximum of 6 people. Once you have established that you would like a place in one of the classes I will ask you to pay for a block of 6 sessions - this will secure your place. If you cannot make a session you will be able to make it up in any of the other sessions of that same week. There are no refunds once bookings have been taken. Individual sessions of Yoga, Relaxation, Therapeutic Yoga or Massage, all by appointment, can be given in your own home should you prefer.
